So this is an interesting story. I always get drawn into this guy show, but I sort of caught the douche vibe from him. This incident is telling. No so much that he hit a girl, not so much that he lawyered out of an assault charge. No the really telling thing was that he went to an LGTBQ coming out event and started photographing without permission. That demonstrates some extreme lack of empathy for others and their situations.
The second moral here is that you do stupid stuff in college and it will follow you.
